Stone Real Estate

Stone Real Estate is a property management company based in Sydney, Australia. Considering the real environment surrounding real estate industry, we wanted to use something that is already out there and familiar like floor plan. Our solution was to design a logo visualising a speech bubble as well as a floor plan with an opened door for customers. The project was done while I was doing a freelancing job at Landor Sydney. The artworks on this page may differ from the final?artworks since I only designed the logo and I wasn’t involved until the last stage of implementations.

Stone Real Estate는 2012년 영국 자본을 기반으로 호주에 진출한 이후, 시드니를 중심으로 사업을 확장해 온 프리미엄 부동산 기업입니다. 상위층 고객을 주요 타깃으로 차별화된 서비스와 신뢰를 핵심 가치로 삼아 비즈니스를 전개하고 있습니다.

본 프로젝트에서는 실제 부동산 중개 환경에서 익숙하게 접할 수 있는 요소에 주목해 아이덴티티 방향을 설정했습니다. 건축물의 플로어플랜을 시각적으로 차용함과 동시에, 고객과의 커뮤니케이션을 상징하는 말풍선 형태로도 해석될 수 있는 CI를 디자인해 ‘공간’과 ‘대화’라는 부동산 서비스의 본질을 하나의 심볼로 표현했습니다.

본 작업은 Landor Sydney에서 프리랜서로 활동하던 기간 중 진행되었으며, 로고 디자인을 중심으로 참여했습니다. 최종 적용 단계에는 참여하지 않아 일부 결과물은 실제 사용된 디자인과 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.
