Following Allianz Group\u2019s decision to exit the Korean market, Allianz Korea was acquired by Anbang Insurance Group from China, creating the need for a new corporate name and identity. Interbrand was appointed to develop a strategic solution that would inherit Allianz\u2019s legacy of trust and global credibility while aligning with the vision of the new parent company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name ABL<\/strong> was selected for its dual meaning, referencing both Anbang Life<\/em> and A Better Life<\/em>. The new corporate identity was inspired by the pyramid, often regarded as one of the most stable and efficient architectural structures in human history, symbolizing trust and stability as core values of the brand. The wordmark-based identity was further extended into a graphic motif system derived from its letterforms, enabling consistent and flexible application across a wide range of media and touchpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
